Workshop: SSDI (Title II) and SSI (Title XVI) Work Incentive Rules and Overpayments for DCARA

People With Disabilities Foundation’s Staff Attorney Tim Carter and Interim Executive Director April Banerjee presented on post-entitlement/eligibility for DCARA at the Deaf Community Center on October 21, 2016.  Tim and April presented information about Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) post-entitlement/eligibility work reviews and overpayments for beneficiaries with mental and/or developmental disabilities.
