PWDF: Focus on Mental Disabilities

GRANT PROGRAM UPDATE

ANNOUNCEMENT – Letters of Intent (LOI): Apply for a 2019/2020 Pilot Grant from PWDF

People With Disabilities Foundation (PWDF), an IRS § 501(c)(3) public, nonprofit agency that serves people with psychiatric and/or developmental disabilities, is pleased to announce a call for LOIs for a new limited cycle for four more grants from our pilot grant program.

PWDF initiated a pilot grant program to help other agencies in their work to integrate people with psychiatric and/or developmental disabilities into the whole of society.  Grants may be used for a specific program, a specific project, or general operating expenses if related to a specific project or program, in furtherance of providing advocacy, education, vocational, or other services to people with psychiatric and/or developmental disabilities.

This pilot program will award grants in the range of $5,000 to $12,500, with a goal of future program expansion. LOIs for this pilot phase are due on September 27, 2019.
